Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to configure remote server for packet-trace remote

Hello,

we have Acme Packet 4600 SCZ9.1.0 and would like to capture RTP in some cases.

I added capture-receiver configuration, but I cannot see any traffic goes to receiver server once packet-trace remote is started.

Is there any additional configuration needed on SBC or remote receiver server?
