SIP Manipulation rule-set

Fellow Members,

I was configuring/testing a sip-manipulation rule-set where it does the following,

1. If the From header is anonymous, no change required in "From" & "PAI" header
2. If the From header has a phone number with +, the same need to be copied and replaced in the "PAI" header
3. If the From header has a phone number without +, then the uri-user part need to be replaced and then the + sign need to be prefixed.

I tried this and could not achieve the desired result.
