Server manager Agent down and Up alerts

Hi Folks,

We get sudden alerts of Server manager agents up and down ,But main thing is JDE servers (Ent or Web ) or even SM console server also not restarted. In order to troubleshoot which logs we need to check and whats the path ?

It may be network related thing also but we wanted to show to network team from logs .

Please help here thanks
