Orchestration Form Request shows output errors but has JDE status of Warning

JD Edwards Application 9.2, Tools Release 9.2.7.3.

I created a process recording to enter data using the P07OTO1_W07OTO1D.

I am having an issue with the error handling. When entering incorrect data in the actual application a form error is produced. In the orchestration I created, the output shows that an error occurred but the JDE Status is "WARN" so the error is not captured in the error handling of the form request. Trying to determine if this is a bug or if I have missed something.
