Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Was asked to provide a TFA diag collection for an OEM upgrade SR.

AHF: 23.4.2
OS: OL 7.9
OMS & Agent home recently upgraded to 13.5 RU 15.

How does TFA find the OMS and Agent homes? OMS_HOME and AGENT_HOME are exported in oracle user's .bash_profile, however TFA can't find them.

$ tfactl diagcollect -srdc emagtupginst
SRDC emagtupginst uses the following TFA EM components : EMAGENT OMS
Warning, all the TFA EM components needed by emagtupginst are not available on this host.
