Copy process taking time after WEBADI Download

We are using Oracle 12.2

The oracle webadi download takes about 5 minutes . The data gets dowloaded quickly, gets a message that about 1200 rows are downloaded.

But after that we get a message saying that "copying from .zip " to some bne file. This takes more than 4 minutes to complelete

This behavior showed up only since few weeks and was not there before, earlier the download was completing in a minute's time

Is there any way to avoid this for better user experience
