Fluid Delegation: Proxy unable to view transaction details

Hi - we are on PS v9.2, tools 8.58.07. We have implemented Fluid Delegation for GSS transactions. We created two distinct roles for Initiate vs Approve transactions. When a non-manager is assigned as a Delegate, they are receiving the 'You are not Authorized for this page' when selecting view details on submitted transactions from the Review Transactions page. Can someone advise which permission list/component is missing from the security role? Thanks!
