How to assign Corrective Action Requests to Receiving Inspection collection plan in Oracle Quality

Hi

We are implementing Oracle EBS Suite 12.2 Purchasing, Inventory, Discrete Manufacturing, Order Management, Quality Modules. In Quality module, we define collection/inspection plans for receiving inspection and WIP inspection. Our client needs Corrective actions also to be assigned to the inspection plan. There is a functionality available in Oracle for Corrective Action Request (CAR). How do we assign them to Receiving Inspection plans.
