An activated Per Diem Rate Schedule is not selectable despite validity

Hello experts,

we are using iExpense in release 12.2.11 of EBS. 

On our environment a user accidentally set an end date for a Per Diem Rate Schedule. 

Now we have removed the end date again and in the Schedule Status it now shows Fully Acitve again, but you just can't select it.

Do you have any idea what this could be?
