restore and recover oracle 19c Database from rman backup for a particular date .

Hello

I am not really great at RMAN stuff

Could someone please help me in doing the job of refresh oracle 19C database from prod backup to pre prod for a particular date and time . say for example till June 1st 2023 .

and also can we just refresh few schemas from prod to a pre prod using RMAN to a particular date and time ?


Any expert suggestion is highly apricated
