Jre 1.6 - Does it need Oracle licensing

We use Oracle EBS R12 *without* any oracle support contract. Jre 1.6 is used to launch forms and Jre 1.6 is also used for a non-oracle product.

Do we need to buy Oracle Licensing for continuing to use Jre 1.6 for both Oracle EBS and non-oracle product, now that we are no longer oracle customer?
