Sales Orders don't get saved when manually entered

JD Edwards Enterprise One 9.2

At time some sales orders when entered manually through P4210, the records do not get saved although a next number is generated.

We also notice at times some orders can not be recalled immediately after they being created. When done, the system pretends as if the order does not exist. But when you do some after few minutes, the record appears.

While checking we came across the Oracle link given below that seems to be something related to our issue. However, when checked in JDE.ini file the said parameter was set to 'True'. Hence it can not be the cause f the issue.
