Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. ELM 9.2.022 was released in 2021, next update is released in July, 2023.

Where can we find / download the 8.60 tools client installation files for ELM 9.2.022?

Can we take a 8.60 client from another product like HCM and install on the Native OS server for ELM?
