Siebel Cloud Manager is a REST-based continuous deployment tool designed for customers to simplify the lift and shift of their existing Siebel enterprises from the current source system infrastructure into Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) - with all of your customizations intact. You can use the Siebel Lift utility for deploying an existing on-premises deployment of Siebel CRM or you can create a new greenfield deployment. 

Deploying Siebel on OCI provides access to high performance compute, Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC), and Exadata, ensuring the highest levels of performance and greatest availability for CRM applications. Siebel CRM customers can migrate Siebel 18.x/19.x/20x and later to OCI, eliminating cumbersome on-premises maintenance and procurement of new hardware.
