WebLogic Managed servers are taking more time to start after upgradation to 12.2.1.4

Dear Friends,

We have recently upgraded our WebLogic version from 12.1.3 to 12.2.1.4. After the upgrade we are facing two issues,

  1. Managed servers are taking more time to start after we perform any deployments. It is taking around 1 hour to come up.
  2. Deployments are taking more time. Single deployment is taking around 30 minutes to complete.

My environment details,

Weblogic Version - 12.2.1.4

JDK version - 1.8.0_361

OS - Oracle Solaris 11.4 SPARC

We have tried few suggestions provided by Oracle (Mentioned below), but still we are facing issue.

  1. Applied latest patches
  2. Increased heap memory
  3. Changed urandom value
  4. Disabled restful management service
  5. Changed Invocation timeout
  6. Disabled Health Check
