How to Modify the content of an SPFILE Parameter file (hidden parameter) +ASM

Hello,

I need to modify the hidden parameter "_realfree_heap_pagesize" within the SPFILE, while the instance is running on +ASM. I am quite new to this topic. Would be someone able to provide steps how to do such thing? It needs to be done with caution as it will be modified on a large crucial BI system.
