Will we have 1 hour downtime for AMW, everyday when migrated to OCI ?

My Question is, currently in Gen1, there is an application downtime of 1 hour every-day, when Oracle carry-out daily maintenance typically called "AMW" ! Wondering will it be there when migrated to OCI, we are in wave 5 and curious to know about this issue.
