Shared service console security rules update not working

in Hyperion EPM General (MOSC) Question

Hi We are currently on version 11.1.2.4

We are seeing an issue on shared services console.

We have a case where we are suppose to remove a user ABC from all security groups and usually we do that by editing PROVISION and Property of the user and remove all access.

In our case even after removing user access, we still are able to see user in all respective groups when we search on Group member list.

We tried to edit the native group and remove the user from there but after we save and reopen the group properties we still are able to see the user under the group.
