Is there an SPL config for "UCID-App-ID" that will use ASCI instead of HEX?

example User-to-User: 00FA0800238BA36488B7FD;encoding=hex

I am working on a sip-rec config to GenesysCloud and they are telling me that the UCID/uui info is unreadable due to HEX versus ASCI formatting.

"The problem is that Genesys Cloud can’t consume non-ASCII convertible data. The UUI below is tagged as hex encoded data, but the HEX can’t be cleanly converted to ASCII. Genesys Cloud can’t decode it and therefore Genesys Cloud can’t use it."
