Can we set up one GL Bank account P0030G with two Routing or transit numbers?

We got different Routing numbers for ACH and Check Payment from Bank. Do we need to set up two GL bank accounts or is it possible to have one GL Bank account (P0030G) mapped to Two routing numbers?
