9.2 PUM 36, PT 8.58.22

We archive transactions annually and want to utilize PV_ATTACHMENTS as a resource to delete documents off the servers instead of having to identify each transaction type table. Is PV_ATTACHMENTS the central table for all transactional attachments or just for certain modules?

We are unable to locate Project Costing Attachments there, but in the last 10 years there have only been 5 and the URL may not be set up correctly.
