How to upgrade from 11.2.0.3 RAC database to 19c new server

Dear all,

I got the problem in 11.2.0.3 upgrade to 19c. The new 19c RAC server has installed. And 11.2.0.3 database software has installed in new 19c RAC acfs file system mount point. But I cannot restore the 11.2.0.3 database backup to new 19c RAC using 11.2.0.3 database home.

Any good solution to do the upgrade?
