Getting a standrad excepetion while changing lot status in Oracle Inventory

Hi Experts,

We are getting a status exception while changing lot status in Oracle Inventory. Issue happening only in a live environment. successfully working in development and support environments.

Attached is a screenshot for your reference.

Version: Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2. 12

Could you please help me with this?
