Hi, we need help for our SR assigning.

We have 3 SR and two of them are assigned to our IT manager which is fine, but one SR is not assigned to anyone. We don't know who's the administrator of the SR.

We want to make all 3 SR combined and assigned to one account.

Please help us for this issue,
