Obfuscating sensitive data in lower environment

in Siebel Business Process & Functionality (MOSC) Question

Hello,

I would like to ask what is the practice of obfuscating sensitive data in lower environments. Example, if we copy prod data to lower environment, what can we do so that like personal emails, tax id or account numbers is obfuscated. Is this available out of the box as a delivered functionality. If not, what is the recommended process for this?
