Using dNFS and Unified audit trail

This patch released on date in subject line did not work for me.

Has anyone else that is using dNFS checked their vktm priority and found it to be incorrect?

The DBA_T instance listed below is v19 RU19, the 'COSA' is v19 RU18

PID TID PRI COMMAND

7930968 - 60 ora_pmon_COSA_T

58130952 - 60 ora_pmon_DBA_T

14221864 - 39 ora_vktm_COSA_T

16581304 - 88 ora_vktm_DBA_T <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< same priority as others of same type would be right. But SHOULD also be a lower PRI# (thus higher priority) than pmon! THIS IS WRONG
