Advice for an old Oracle DBA

Hi all, please can I ask some advice.

I'm an Oracle DBA working for a small UK company with a small suite of Oracle databases.

As time goes by I am getting more and more scared that my skills are becoming outdated and I'm less employable. Even though I have 10+ years experience.

What do you guys do to keep up to date? How can I stay relevant if the Oracle products that my company uses have no need for the fancy new tools etc?

We only use on premises databases, no RAC, no cloud, no Dataguard, Not much ASM. I don't work with other databases.

Howdy, Stranger!
