Session Boarder Controller - Please Help us to calculate some KPI values for the peak hours
SBC - 9.0
We need to know the below values for the peak hours.
- Peak-hour concurrent calls (CC)
- Call attempts per second (CAPS)
- ASR (SER)
- ACHT (ACD)
- Number of SIP segments in a call
Can you please help us to calculate the above values and which data from SBC will help to calculate.
