Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

We are in R 12.1.3 , we have a situation to issue material for previous period (July-2022).

Is it possible to issue material without opening an inventory period?
