We have an automated job which runs for every hour. we got this below error couple of months back

"ORA-20000: Oracle Text error:

DRG-11422: linguistic initialization failed

DRG-11446: supplied knowledge base file C:\app\oracle\product\19.3\dbhome_1\ctx\data\enlx\drolkUS.dat not installed

ORA-06512: at "CTXSYS.DRUE", line 186

ORA-06512: at "CTXSYS.DRVDML", line 872

ORA-06512: at line 1

We applied windows patches and restarted the db server. After that the scheduled job is running successfully. Suddenly the job is failing and getting the same error. Checked the directory and found all the files in the directory C:\app\oracle\product\19.3\dbhome_1\ctx\data\enlx\ are listed.
