Oracle client 19c installation failure.

Dear All,

We are seeing issue where Oracle client 19c standard installation failure is observed. We integrated January 2023 Oracle 19c standard edition patch and during fresh installation we are seeing the client installation with Exit code: -1.

We do not have any other other logs to provide where we have more info on the Exit code: -1.


Suggestion on this issue is highly appreciated...!!!
