HMR to get the first and not the second cic or viceverse "uri-user-param" in the RURI INVITE

I hope you are ok.

I would like someone can give some ideas as to how I can get just the first cic "uri-user-param" , when I have it twice with different values in a RURI INVITE. Or vice versa get the second one.

When I do my HMR just with cic value works fine and I can get used it later to add in another value that I need, but when it is twice I want to get the second one I don´t know how to get it.

I was thinking of something like below, but the system doesn´t match anything.
