Receiving Transaction Processor & Workflow Background Process database trace files

Dear All,

We are using EBS 12.2.12. Database: 19c. RU.18. OS: OL7.

We noticed that there are a lot of *.trc and *.trm files generated in oracle database diagnostic trace directory, we checked those files, they are generated by "Receiving Transaction Processor" & "Workflow Background Process", those two files are scheduled to be run automatically, although both programs completed successfully at each run, trace and trm files are generated for the successful run.

We noticed this after upgrading from 12.2.11 to 12.2.12.

What is the root cause, and how to stop generating log for successful program run?
