excel formula returning a member value no longer being recognized

Essbase excel add in 23.100 build 167

Member Period has been defined through a vlookup in excel and returns a valid member. 1 user can no longer refresh an essbase report (blanks out the whole report when refreshing) since the period member (output excel formula) is not being recognized.

workaround: copy - paste values of that member period before refreshing it.

another user has the same excel add-in and there the problem does not occur.
