CPP exemption being taken on second payment in the same pay period?

On E1 9.2.5 and vertex 4.4.8

Is anyone else experiencing CPP per pay period exemption being given again on a second payment in the same pay period? We are seeing it on both interim work bench and regular pay processing. We are aware vertex 4.4.9 was just released and planning to install but wanted to know if anyone else is having this same issue. Employees earnings are large enough that the full exemption is used on the first payment.
