In which directory XML file of embedded BI report is saved in windows Enterprise server?

The other query is: what the main factors for embedded BI report performance?

The size of XML: we have some XML which is over than 150 MB and take long time to Publish sometimes 2 hours.
template code or calculations: which is performed while Publishing
