How do you create a bucket on no available in SIM?

SIM 16.0.3.13 on pemise.

Good morning community, I have a question for the SIM application.

How do you create a bucket in SIM not available?

Let this not be in the unsellable bucket, because we need to put the inventory where the items are on display, but we don't want the value of the unsellable inventory to increase.

I hope someone can help me.
