Update the existing language display name

Product- Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management for Process

Product Version - 6.2.3.0

We need to update the existing language display name in UI


Updated "Hindi_India" Language name to "Short English1". I have updated this value in both SUPPORTEDLANGUAGES and SUPPORTEDLANGUAGEDISPLAYNAMES table. After cache flush able to see "Short English1" value in UI instead of "Hindi_India". But after adding tanslation value for "Short English1" language and save, getting language name as "Hindi_India".
