Oracle Spend Classification

A potential client has reached out asking for spend analysis capabilities. I know we used to have a module called Oracle Spend Classification that used to work with Oracle Spend Analytics (BI apps) that I believe is no longer available or retired. What are the other offerings we have for EBS clients?
