June 2023 vertex update Canada Manitoba basic personal amount increase from $10,855.00 to $15,000.00

We just applied the vertex June update.
As per June 2023 vertex update, the Manitoba basic personal amount increased from $10,855.00 to $15,000.00.
So, after apply the vertex update shouldn't the basic Amount not show as 15000 instead of 10855 - please see screenshot below?
Or is it that only when we run payroll, Oracle will internally use 15000 as the value for calculations? if so when and how does the value in tax Information screen change?
