History on Measures in a Chart

Question is, given the image from a dashboard in OPC, how can you get the trending to go back to before you upload a project. The actuals in terms of PCT. Comp. go back to 2022. as you can see the chart shows only from the date the file was imported into OPC.

I don't know what I am doing wrong.....
