Which KVM switch to use?

I need help for choosing KVM Switch to connect to multiple Oracle T8-1 SPARC Server

Currently, I am using Avocent AV3216 as KVM switch to connect to multiple Oracle T8-1 SPARC Server and a single monitor to manage the servers. But recently I had some hang issues and I am not sure of what is the cause.

Anyone can help to suggest some KVM switch that is compatible with Oracle T8-1 SPARC Server? Thank you.
