High Level White Paper (Order of Operations...) for Upgrade to 9.2.7.3?

So I have been working on an upgrade from 9.2.5.3 (32bit) to 9.2.7.3. [NON-PROD].

The only Certifications NOT met in my Test Environment are:

Deployment Server: Oracle 19c, VS2022, Apache HTTP Components: 5.1, 64 bit versions of Oracle DB Clients on Deployment Server and Enterprise Server. 64bit VS/C++/SDK's on Deployment Server.

My current E1 tech. stack is listed at bottom.

In my last attempt at 64bit upgrade, I first installed 64bit DB Clients manually on Deployment and Enterprise Server and tried to ensure they and 64bit JDK paths appeared first in any ENV Vars & PATH, ie: in ~.bash_profile for JDE920 user on Ent. Server.
