Grant third party database schema a select Privilege on APPS schema MV's

Dear All,

We are using EBS 12.2.12. We are integrating a third-party product with our EBS. We created database user for this third-party product.

This user needs to read data from inventory module (Items, locations), anyhow, from APPS schema we created MVs and granted select privilege on these MV's to the new user.

But when login using new schema and select from these MV's, no row returns.

How to grant third party database schema a select Privilege on APPS schema Object?
