Move Order Personalisation - can you add a query to check On hand qty (Available to Transact)

Oracle EBS v12.2.6

I am looking to create a personalisation on the move order form, whereby the order qty (primary qty) is checked against the Available to Transact qty. So if we enter order qty = 10, at that point ideally a message will popup with ATT = 0 / ATT = 100, so my customer can make the decision to cancel / amend the line before submitting for approval / allocation

i have tried a basic sql statement but it just generates an error and i have also tried an sql statement in a message, which works at the minute but only when i enter a specific inventory item id within the statement, so basically for a single line
