I need to fetch the table name and the column name which stores the details related to Learning under the Development Goal Plan. I have attached the screenshot for your reference.

Kindly provide a response if anyone has any idea about it. I already know the table which stores the details for Learning. WLF_LEARNING_ITEMS_F_TL.
