Server busy error with error The SELECT permission was denied on the object 'S_REPOSITORY', database

in Siebel System Admin, Install and Upgrade (MOSC) 7 commentsAnswered

Siebel 20.8 version.

Installed 20.8 version and configured SMC. DB is restored from other environment (Similar credentials for SADMIN, dbo). When trying to hit the URL got server busy error and noticed below error in the OM log.

The SELECT permission was denied on the object 'S_REPOSITORY', database 'siebeldb', schema 'dbo'.

Any suggestions?
