Currently, APEX 5.1 is installed on ORACLE 18c database. I need to upgrade APEX to latest version of 23. I will be upgrading my database to 19c. It is my understanding that I need to upgrade APEX to 22.2 on 18c and then upgrade the database and upgrade apex to 23. Also, I need to have my ORDS upgraded during this process. I cannot find instructions on any readme or on MOS. Please provide instuctions on how to do this upgrade.
