Item ledger (F4111) and Item Location (F41021) not updated when issuing item by using P31113

We are using XE 7333, after issuing item by P31113 it's not updating Item Ledger(F4111) and Item location (F41021) however it's updated Work order part list (F3111) with WMTRQT and WMCTS1.

Can someone get the root cause?
