x-server on Linux

On RHEL 8, I have this question:

Oracle requires X-server for certain software, to be prerequisite.

But, there's no default X-server in "Red Hat" or "OEL" version 8, right ?

So, it would be installed additionally.

In the MOS document, it doesn't state which X server would or could be installed. Stated differently: any good X-server would work. Still all OK.

Suppose I haven't setup the server, suppose I have no Root access, but I would like to get to see the X-server validated, how exactly would one do that ?

The behaviour of different X-servers may be different, but since it's not known which X-server is installed (or even, none may be installed), it's not easy to check all of this.

Howdy, Stranger!
